Volunteer attorney for The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program, providing representation to Veterans at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims;

Successfully enforced PRP participation agreement's fund raising provisions in bankruptcy court against bankrupt PRP's estate. Amount recovered deemed a priority "administrative expense" of estate;

Current expert witness concerning divisibility of harm issues related to partial owners of Superfund site in Midwest;

Overturned denial of standing to citizens group in appeal of groundwater discharge permit Water Quality Certification;

Served as general counsel to prospective purchaser of the ASARCO bankruptcy estate seeking to to use estate properties as locations for advanced solar power generating technologies as anchors for site cleanup and redevelopment;

Deemed "most helpful expert" in defense verdict finding that defendants were not liable to indemnify plaintiffs for up to $25 million in Superfund cleanup costs;
